Decorations
Decorations are cosmetic items in Clash of Clans that can be placed in the Home Village or Builder Base. They serve no gameplay purpose but allow players to personalize their base. Some decorations are available year-round, while others are exclusive to events or have been removed from the game.
Summary
- Decorations are aesthetic objects that can be placed in your village.
- Decorations can be placed in the main game area with Buildings and on the edge exclusive to Obstacle and Decoration placement.
- Some Decorations are permanently available for purchase in the shop, while others have been available for a limited time in the shop or in Events.
- Decorations once placed have the option to be stashed. When this happens, the Decoration is removed from your village but can be placed again by accessing it in the shop. This applies to all Decorations.
Permanent Decorations
These Decorations are permanently available for purchase in the Shop with resources. Decorations need a certain Experience level to be unlocked, and vary in cost and number available.

Clan War League Decorations
The War League Decorations are only purchasable from the League section of the Shop, and cost League Medals to place. Most of the War League Decorations are only available if your Clan has reached a certain league in the War Leagues. The Decorations, if placed, can remain on the base even if your Clan is demoted to a lower league afterwards.

Special Edition Decorations
These decorations were released as part of limited-time events, anniversary celebrations, or seasonal promotions. Some are paid, others are free, and all are collectors items.

Removed Decoration
National Flags
National Flags were Decorations that were removed on June 27, 2022. Supercell decided to remove them from the game as they stated that: The Clash Universe is a fantasy realm with a cast of wild, zany, and often humorous characters. And while some things in Clash may draw ideas from various inspirations, we want to keep the Clash Universe separate from real life references.
Before the removal of them, all National Flags costed 100,000
and required Experience level 15
. Only one of each National Flag could be placed on your village. The total amount of cost that were needed to buy the National Flags was 2,500,000 due to being 25 of them. Any National Flags purchased before the removal of them were refunded.

The Unused Decorations are not available to players through Shop and Events. These Decorations are present in the game files and occasionally seen in official Clash of Clans content such as season promotional video and Attack Challenges.
